We are commercial HVAC specialists: F-gas certified design, installation and maintenance of VRF/VRV, chillers, air handling units, ventilation and MVHR, commercial heat pumps and planned maintenance for UK commercial buildings. We size systems to a building's real loads and half-hourly data rather than a like-for-like box swap, plan refrigerant transitions properly, and model running cost and electrification honestly. The full about page is being finalised.
About us
Commercial HVAC specialists: we design, install and maintain VRF, chillers, air handling, ventilation, commercial heat pumps and PPM, sized to your building's real loads. F-gas certified, low-GWP, and honest about running cost.

What drives commercial HVAC decisions
F-gas certified commercial HVAC
Installing, servicing or decommissioning F-gas equipment legally requires company and engineer certification. These are the schemes and standards commercial HVAC work is carried out under; each can be checked against the issuing body. We work to the recognised design and maintenance standards below.
-
F-Gas registered
Company & engineer certification (REFCOM / Quidos / Bureau Veritas), renewed 3-yearly

How we evidence the work
Commercial HVAC is easy to sell and hard to verify, so it is worth being explicit about what you should get and hold us to.
A design you can see. The calculated heat load per zone, and the reasoning for the system type. If the answer to "why this system?" is "it is what we usually fit", that is not a design.
A commissioning record with numbers in it. Measured airflows at each terminal, refrigerant charge verified by superheat and subcooling, and the controls configuration as set — not a tick sheet. This is the single best protection against a system that quietly underperforms for fifteen years, and it should be a contractual deliverable.
Worked examples. Our case studies set out modelled scenarios with the assumptions stated, so you can see the reasoning rather than a headline saving with nothing behind it.
A no-obligation survey. You get the load figures and an itemised written quote whether or not you proceed.
For the technical background see commercial air conditioning and the full system range; for what things cost see the cost guides.
Plan your chillers & chilled-water systems the right way
Responds within one working day
- 1. Survey of the plant, its refrigerant and condition, no obligation.
- 2. Load modelling from your real half-hourly data, and the right system for the building.
- 3. An honest cost — refurbish, replace or electrify, staged where a single hit isn't affordable.
