Why local pages, and not just a map
Because the building stock genuinely differs. A converted mill in Bolton, a distribution shed in Cannock and a listed Regency building in Brighton present three different HVAC problems, and the honest answer in each is not the same.
Where we work
Commercial HVAC work is national, but the practical answer is always local — because what determines the design is the building in front of you, and building stock varies enormously across the country. Each of the pages below covers what is actually there: the principal employment sites, the age and character of the commercial property, the constraints that recur, and the local authority's climate position where it affects investment decisions.

What changes from place to place
Four things recur, and they shape the brief more than the postcode does.
Building age and fabric. A modern BREEAM-rated logistics unit has a materially lower cooling load than a Victorian mill or a 1960s industrial building, so a specification carried across from one to the other will be wrong in one direction or the other.
Electrical capacity. The most common cause of a slipped programme. Some places — Corby is a good example, with its steel-era infrastructure — often have genuine headroom; older industrial stock frequently does not, and a Distribution Network Operator upgrade adds months.
Planning and heritage constraints. In Brighton, with hundreds of listed buildings, where external plant may go decides the system family before any load is calculated. The same applies in conservation areas anywhere.
Environment. Coastal sites such as Clacton-on-Sea need corrosion-resistant plant and shorter service intervals; sites near kitchen extract or in dusty industrial settings foul condensers far faster than a clean office park.
What we do wherever you are
The same range everywhere: commercial air conditioning design, installation, repair, servicing with F-Gas and TM44 compliance and replacement, plus VRF and VRV, chillers, air handling units, ventilation, heat pumps and planned maintenance.
Building-type specifics are on the sectors pages, indicative pricing is in the cost guides, and our case studies show worked examples with the assumptions stated. If your town is not listed, we very likely still cover it — get in touch and ask.
Wherever the building is, the survey is no-obligation: you get the load figures and an itemised written quote whether or not you go ahead.
